Newcastle players Sandro Tonali and Juventus’ Nicolo Faggioli have already been suspended by the Italian soccer federation for 10 and seven months respectively as the case widens.
Aston Villa player Nicolo Zaniolo is also under investigation but has said he did not bet on matches.
